Our squads are designed as an introduction to competitive swimming, for sport fitness and with water safety in mind. Students are encouraged to set personal best times and these are recorded weekly. As well as continuous technological development, the program encompasses a wide range of strokes and distances to ensure a broad development basis. Our classes are structured to provide encouragement, improvement, goal achievement, increased fitness levels, and competitive confidence. For those students involved in many sporting activities, these squads can be an ideal way to continue aquatic development and still fit into their busy schedules.
